Phyllis Kay Havard, 72, of Silsbee, passed away at home on April 27, 2016. Kay was a long time resident of Silsbee, where she shared her life with husband, James Havard. Together they enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. Kay is survived by husband James; daughters, Dianna and Kimberly Hassett, both of Colorado, and Deborah Lynn Havard of Silsbee; son, David Havard of Silsbee; and 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Kay’s example of courage and determination in life, along with her spirited charm will be missed by many.
