Mr. Lloyd Munson Jr., 69, of Kountze, Texas went from Earth to Glory on Sunday April 17, 2016 at the Beaumont Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. Lloyd's Going Home Celebration will be on Saturday, May 7th at 11:00 A.M. at The Greater Mt. Corinth Missionary Baptist Church in Kountze, Texas with Rev Roger Shillow, Pastor. A Glimpse Before Glory (visitation) will be from 10:00 A.M. until time of services on Saturday May 7, 2016 at the church. Lloyd's final resting place will be at The Houston National Veteran's Cemetery at 1:30 P.M. on Monday May 9, 2016 in Houston, Texas. Lloyd leaves to cherish his loving memories: His beloved wife, Glinda Y. (Woods) Munson of Kountze, Texas; sons, Eric A. Munson (Elizabeth) of Moraga, California and Michael A. Munson of Oakland, California; daughter, Veronica Woods (Willie) of Beaumont, Texas; sister, Sherrie Simmons of Berkeley, California; brothers, Michael T. Munson and Wayne A.
