Lois D. Sasser, age 65, of Columbus, died unexpectedly on July 18, 2016 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. Lois was born January 19, 1951 to the late Glenn and Margaret (Turner) Adams in Bluefield, WV. She graduated from Mansfield High School, Class of '69 and went on to earn her Bachelor's degree fromAshland University. Lois has worked for Sedgwick CMS since 1995 as a FMLA Coordinator and formerly worked with Nationwide for many years. She is survived by her loving husband, James "Jim" Sasser; step-sons, James (Beverly) Sasser IV, Alfred (Dawn) Sasser, Ben (Elizabeth) Sasser, Kris (Zaida) Sasser; six grandchildren; sister, Debbie (Jeff) Siwek; brother, Carl (Judy) Adams; and several nieces & nephews. A visitation was held on TUESDAY, July 26, 2016, from 6-8 pm. at the PFEIFER FUNERAL HOME, where her funeral followed on Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Trent Snider Officiating.
