John Daniel “Dan” Jones, 65, of Lumberton passed away Sunday, January 1, 2017. A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Thursday, January 5 at Lumberton Family Funeral Home in Lumberton. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, he spent most of his adult life traveling around Texas working in the oil and gas industry. Survivors include his wife, Trish Jones; daughters, Lindsay Woods and husband Ross and Kim Odom and husband Brad; and two grandchildren.
